Hey, friends. Sorry it's been so long since we've been here, but life always seems to steer us away and back to the routine that we're so accustomed to living. If you remember, back in January, we found out that mom had some problems with her back that would need immediate attention. She decided to forego that option and live with the pain. Until now. She's had a few bad days recently, and decided it was time to take a step towards some form of relief.

To that end, she and her neurologist decided to schedule the procedure for Tuesday, April 10th. An otherwise outpatient operation will keep her overnight for monitoring of her heart, and then gradually allow her some independence with everyday activities. For now, we hope you'll pray fervently for April 10th-- for guidance and wisdom for the surgeon, and peace-of-mind and physical strength for mom. We're thankful for your support-- thank-you for loving us through even the scariest of times.
