But really, this post isn't about that-- it's about a 4-year-old with a huge heart for others. It's about understanding compassion for others, even when they're not like everyone else. It's about...well, you'll see.
Baking in the sun allows for amazing people watching-- and as we sat together, taking in the scenery at the H20 Kid's Zone we noticed this...
We didn't make a peep, and watched as she had a 10 minute conversation with a 20-foot-man that wouldn't dare interrupt her plans for him. Watch as the pep-talk progresses...
Now...only God, monument-man, and the 4-year-old know how the conversation progressed at this point-- but I have a feeling it had something to do with encouraging him to transform with human-like characteristics and join her in water fun. Watch this...
After lending a helping hand and giving a gentle nudge, monument-man failed to meet her expectations-- so she went to find other friends. There was a point where she introduced her brother to monument man, and sadly our camera missed it-- but apparently he understood her expectations, and joined the rally to bring the plastered friend to life.
The girl has an amazing heart for others, lending a hand to those who need it most-- even if it IS only so she'll have another friend to play with.
